Fishing at the Lake

So two weekends ago we decided to go down to my dad's house and spend the night out there to just hang out and go fishing. We took my best friend Roxy and her husband with us as well. They had never been down there before and we thought it would be fun.

On Saturday night the guys, Mary and my little man all went out on the boat. Big Matt had all the luck and ended up catching a bunch of fish. I think he had a good time.

The next day we went over to The Shores where they have a bunch of little ponds and we tried out luck there. I didn't catch anything but everyone else did. Little Matt was so proud of the fish his dad caught. He didn't want to hold the fish but he would hold the lure that the fish was hooked on. My dad also caught two really nice size crappies.
